Annual Peach Festival at Community Presbyterian Church

Summer Chocolate Making Boot Camp

Campers will learn how chocolate is made all the way from the pod to the candy bar. Each day they will work hands on with chocolates to mold, decorate, and package delicious treats to bring home! The camp will be offered multiple weeks and is provided as 3 half-day sessions. Morning and afternoon sessions will be split into age groups (8-11 and 12-15). Campers may choose to come single days. However, the first day of each weekly session (Tuesday) is required as it will include safety and hygiene for both age groups.

Advanced Chocolatiers Camp at J. Emanuel Chocolatier

Campers will learn how to make their own truffles and stuff molded items with a variety of stuffing of their choice (caramel, peanut butter, coconut, marzipan, etc.). Campers will create their own truffle designs and use advanced techniques to decorate their hand-made truffles. Participants must have already completed the Chocolate Boot Camp. Camp will be run over the course of two 4 hour days. Will include lunch and snacks. $155 per student.
